This belt is an interpretation by one part of Birka B9 band excavated in the Viking burial site in Birka, Sweden. The original band was brocaded with metal thread.

Together with an ancient weaving technique known as two-hole tablet weaving it makes this belt a fantastic accessory for Viking reenactors and LARPers.
