Nancy’s Amish-themed Block of the Month returns with a fifth installment, marking the 10th Anniversary of the series! In this 10-month program, quilters will create twelve sampler-style blocks, each in a different Centennial Solids color family. The blocks are framed in a Midnight navy background, and it’s all brought together with a rich Boysenberry border for an authentic Amish touch.

In the Introduction of the full-color saddle stitched pattern booklet, Nancy discusses design principles of repetition and balance, and how they are used in the quilt. Also, in a section entitled “Beyond the Quilt” Nancy includes details for enlarging to a King quilt. A list of her coordinating Aurifil thread colors is included.
