About the Artist

Teresa Chan is a designer and illustrator that has worked extensively in many industries locally and globally. Her passion for design began as a young child, sitting hours at a time in her grandfather’s tailoring business in San Francisco. She was mesmerized by the beautifully patterned fabrics as he worked tirelessly. The relationship between the images and the patterns they formed enchanted her, and became a language she could fully express herself with.

Creating commercial patterns that are produced as physical products is her passion. She loves conceiving patterns from her imagination and working with brands to bring them into reality. She loves entering her studio studio, connecting with inspiration, and producing patterns that people enjoy having in their life.
